Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the CrediPair website and services. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the CrediPair website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Legal Capacity
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions
- You are not prohibited by law from using our services
- All information you provide to us is accurate and truthful
Agreement on Behalf of Organization
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and "you" and "your" will refer to such entity.

CrediPair provides credit repair and financial education services designed to help you improve your credit profile.
Core Services
- Credit Analysis: Comprehensive review of your credit reports from all three major credit bureaus
- Dispute Services: Identification and challenging of inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your credit reports
- Credit Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring of your credit reports for changes and updates
- Educational Resources: Access to credit education materials, guides, and personalized recommendations
- Customer Support: Dedicated support team to answer your questions and provide guidance
Service Limitations
Our services do NOT include:
- Legal advice or legal representation
- Guaranteed removal of accurate information from credit reports
- Direct credit bureau reporting or modification of credit bureau policies
- Financial advisory services or investment advice
- Creation of false information or misrepresentation to credit bureaus
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of CrediPair services, you agree to the following responsibilities:
Provide Accurate Information
- Submit complete and accurate personal and financial information
- Update your information promptly when changes occur
- Respond to our requests for additional information or documentation
- Not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
Maintain Account Security
- Keep your login credentials confidential and secure
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- Not share your account with others
- Use strong, unique passwords for your account
Comply With Laws
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Not use our services to commit fraud or other illegal activities
- Respect intellectual property rights and privacy of others
Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service
- Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
- Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
4. Payment Terms
By enrolling in CrediPair services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of enrollment.
Pricing and Billing Cycles
- Service fees are clearly disclosed during the enrollment process
- Billing occurs on a monthly basis unless otherwise specified
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days advance notice
- All fees are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit cards
- ACH bank transfers
Automatic Renewal
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing cycle
- Your payment method will be charged automatically unless you cancel
- You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges
- Cancellation must be made before the next billing cycle begins
Refund Policy
- Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days, we offer a full refund
- Refunds after the initial 30 days are at our discretion
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@credipair.com
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
Late Payment
- Failed payments may result in suspension of services
- Late fees may apply for overdue payments
- Accounts with outstanding balances may be sent to collections
- You are responsible for any collection costs and legal fees
5. Service Guarantees & Disclaimers
No Guarantee of Specific Results
IMPORTANT: While we work diligently to help improve your credit, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results or credit score improvements. Credit repair results depend on many factors, including:
- The accuracy of information on your credit reports
- The responsiveness of credit bureaus and creditors
- Your ongoing financial behavior and credit management
- The nature and severity of negative items on your reports
- Federal and state regulations governing credit reporting
Legal Disclaimer
CrediPair is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a credit services organization as defined under federal and state laws. Our services are limited to credit report analysis, dispute preparation, and credit education.
"As-Is" Service Provision
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) Compliance
We operate in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and assist you in exercising your rights under the FCRA. However, we do not control credit bureau responses or timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
CrediPair Ownership
The CrediPair website, services, and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design) are owned by CrediPair, Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our services for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
User-Generated Content
By submitting content, feedback, or information to CrediPair, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Trademark Notice
- CrediPair and the CrediPair logo are trademarks of CrediPair, Inc.
- You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission
- All other trademarks mentioned are the property of their respective owners
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CREDIPAIR, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR:
Types of Damages Excluded
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
- Costs of procurement of substitute services
- Business interruption or loss of business opportunity
Maximum Liability Cap
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount of fees you paid to CrediPair in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exceptions
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CrediPair, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of our services
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Any false or misleading information you provide
- Any dispute or claim between you and any third party
9. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Arbitration Agreement
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Class Action Waiver
YOU AND CREDIPAIR AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Small Claims Court Exception
Notwithstanding the arbitration agreement, either party may bring a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies for small claims court jurisdiction.
Opt-Out Right
You have the right to opt out of the arbitration agreement by sending written notice to CrediPair within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. If you opt out, you and CrediPair agree to resolve disputes in court.
10. Termination
Termination by You
You may cancel your account and terminate your use of our services at any time by:
- Contacting customer support at support@credipair.com
- Logging into your account and following the cancellation process
- Calling our customer service line
Termination by CrediPair
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment of fees
- Abusive or harassing behavior toward our staff
- Any reason at our sole discretion
Effect of Termination
- Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases
- We will complete any pending disputes already submitted to credit bureaus
- You remain responsible for any outstanding fees or charges
- We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes
Surviving Provisions
The following sections survive termination: Payment Terms, Service Guarantees & Disclaimers, Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Dispute Resolution, and Miscellaneous.
11. Modifications
Right to Modify Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be notified to users as follows:
- Email notification to registered users
- Notice on our website homepage
- In-app notification (if applicable)
- Update to the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
Notification Period
We will provide at least 30 days advance notice for material changes to these Terms. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Rejecting Changes
If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue your use of our services and cancel your account before the effective date of the changes.
12. Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CrediPair regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by CrediPair.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets without restriction.
Force Majeure
CrediPair shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, or internet service provider failures.
Headings
Section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.
